Membership Agreement

By signing this agreement, you agree to the following terms:

• Members must be 18 years or older to join Bezalel Gym.
• Membership fees are non-refundable and must be paid in advance.
• Members must follow all gym rules and safety guidelines.
• Proper athletic attire and footwear are required at all times.
• Members are responsible for bringing their own towel and water bottle.
• Gym equipment must be wiped down after use.
• Members must respect other members and staff.
• Any damage to gym property caused by negligence will be charged to the member.
• Membership can be cancelled with 30 days written notice.
• Bezalel Gym is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items.

Health and Safety: Members acknowledge that physical exercise carries inherent risks and agree to consult with a physician before beginning any fitness program.

Liability Waiver: Members release Bezalel Gym from any liability for personal injury, property damage, or loss arising from the use of gym facilities.
